Local author and yoga teacher Sheena Nancy Sarles has released a new book, “Yoga for Living With Loss: Navigating Our Losses Without Getting Lost,” along with an accompanying video series designed to support individuals, families, and caregivers across Lynn and the greater North Shore community who are living with grief.
